You may qualify if you are:

• 18 Years or older
• Have an A1C between 7 and 10%
• History of Cardiovascular Problems (Stroke, Heart Attack, Peripheral Artery Disease, Stent Placement, etc)

You may qualify to participate if you:

• Are 18 years of age or older,
• Have been diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes,
• Have received less than 7 days of medication, or no medication other than metformin within the past 2 months,
• Have difficulty in controlling your blood sugars.

You may be eligible to participate if you meet the following criteria:

• 18 to 80 years of age,
• A1c between 7.5-12%,
• Not using insulin,
• Additional criteria will apply.

You may be eligible if you meet the following criteria:

• Adults, 30 to 90 years of age,
• Type 1 or Type 2 Diabetic,
• Have an ulcer on the top or bottom of the foot that has been present for 4 to 52 weeks,
• Additional criteria will be assessed by the study doctor. 

You may be eligible if you meet the following criteria:

• 40 to 80 years of age,
• A controlled Type 1 or Type 2 Diabetic,
• Taking a stable dose of medication (statin) to control your high cholesterol/triglycerides,
• Additional criteria may apply. 

• be 18 to 70 years of age,
• be currently experiencing symptoms of MDD for at least 2 months,
• not be diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder

Compensation for time and travel may be available.

To qualify you must:

• be 18-65 years of age,
• have a diagnosis of Bipolar Disorder,
• currently be experiencing symptoms of depression,
• addtional criteria may apply

• Currently on a stable dose of Lexapro, Celexa, Zoloft, Prozac, Paxil, or Luvox,
• Still experiencing symptoms of depression despite current treatment.

• Diagnosed with Bipolar I disorder,
• Currently taking Depakote, Depakene or Lamictal,

You may be eligible if you meet the following criteria:

• 18-85 years of age
• Currently experiencing involuntary movements of the body due to current or prior usage of a medication

• Diagnosed with plaque-type psoriasis (red skin with flaky patches) for at least 6 months,

You may be eligible to participate if:

• Between 45 and 80 years of age,
• Diagnosis of Peripheral Artery Disease (intermittent claudication),
• Have no planned surgical intervention in the next year,

Qualified participants must:

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Have a history of a heart attack and the ability to obtain medical records
• Have not had bypass surgery within 3 years

• Have had or are planning to have an angioplasty

To qualify for this study you must:

• Have been experiencing diarrhea, abdominal discomfort, and bloating in the last 3 months and/or been previously diagnosed with IBS with diarrhea,
• Have had trouble getting relief for your symptoms,
• Be at least 18 years old

Qualified participants must:

• Be 18 years of age or older,
• Be diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis,
• Currently be taking Mesalamine or its equivalent,
• Additional criteria may apply.

Qualified participants must:

• Be 18-65 years of age
• Be diagnosed with Crohn's disease for at least 3 months
• Have active symptoms sich as diarrhea, abdominal pain, or cramping

Your child may qualify for this study if he/she meeting the following criteria:

• Aged 9 to 18 months,
• Have not received any meningitis vaccines,
• Are in general good health,
• Other criteria will be assessed by the study doctor.

To qualify your child must be:

• 12 to 15 months of age,
• Accompanied by a parent or guardian at each study visit,
• Up to date on all current childhood vaccinations.

Clinical Trials of Texas, Inc. and Dr. Tracy Schillerstrom are currently conducting a research study for boys and girls ages 7-17 years, testing the safety and effectiveness of investigational medication or placebo for childhood depression.

Compensation: Up to $400

Your child may be eligible if meeting the following criteria:

• Adolescents between 13-17 years of age,
• Diagnosed with ADHD,
• Currently must weigh more than 79.5 pounds,
• Additional criteria must be met.

Participants must:

• Be 18 years of age or older,
• Have at least one or more open leg sores for at least 8 weeks.

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

• At least 6 months of age,
• Recent onset of pain in at least 1 ear,
• Willing to refrain from complete water immersion of the ears during the study,

• Have stage II or III disease for Breast Cancer and are currently receiving chemotherapy or radiation treatment or have completed treatment within the past month,
• Be diagnosed with HER2-cancer,
• Have had either a total mastectomy or lumpectomy,

You may be able to participate if you:

• Are taking prescription pain medication for moderate to severe low back pain,
• Have ever experienced symptoms of constipation from your pain medication.

Compensation: Up to $675

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

• 18 years or older,
• Have undergone hip or knee replacement more than 3 months ago,
• Requires surgery to correct the joint pain,
• If female, must be either postmenopausal or surgically sterile.
