• Are you at least 18 years old?
• Are you taking prescription pain medication?
• Has this medication caused you to become constipated?

• 18 years of age or older
• Have pain for more than 3 months after your shingles have healed

You may be eligible to participate if you are:

• 18-75 years old
• Have a diagnosis of moderate to severe low back pain for the last 6 months
• Currently taking a prescription pain medication
• Have not had back surgery in the past 6 months
• Willing to provide your medical history to the clinical trial doctor

You may be eligible to participate if you:

• Are Male or Female, 30 - 80 years old
• Have a diagnosis of Osteoarthritis of the knee or hip joints for the last 6 months
• Currently taking a prescription pain medication
• Have not received joint replacement surgery

 To qualify, your child must:

• Be 12 -14 months of age
• Be accompanied by a parent or guardian at each visit
• Have received routine vaccinations

Do you experience these symptoms?

• Breast pain
• Breast swelling
• Breast tenderness
• Breast lumps that increase immediately prior to and during your menstrual period

• Do you suffer from pain associated with Endometriosis?
• Do you feel pain even when you are not on your period?
• Are you sexually active?

• Have you been diagnosed with anemia due to heavy uterine bleeding?
• Are your periods longer than seven days?
• Are your periods heavy?

Qualified participants:

• Women ages 18 and older
• Experiencing overactive bladder symptoms with urgency for over 6 months
• Have not had three or more urinary tract infections in the past year

You may qualify if you are:

• Woman, age 18-49
• Have a surgical diagnosis of endometriosis
• Have regular menstrual cycles
• Experience pain caused by endometriosis
